As lead architect, Jeff DeGasperi has extensive experience in a broad range of building designs, including multiple restaurants and entertainment venues. The new restaurant – which serves the same delectable smoked-to-perfection ribs, burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork, Hickory Pit Beans and world-famous Cheesy Corn Bake that are enjoyed in Jack Stack locations around the metropolitan area – was designed by Kansas City-based DeGasperi & Associates.
